I can vouch on that...I'm taking Lipo 6 as well with intensive gym training 3 times a wk + clean diet..it works for me..dizzy only for the 1st day but after that it works like normal.. but i read up some of the reviews saying some vomitted after taking it..my bros cannot take it coz he got rashes after that.. not everyone can take Lipo6..very much depends on your body..

as long as you go on a calorie deficit diet, then any fat burners will work. idk, but from what I read online CLA isn't really effective. buy those with stimulants, you'll be working out like a maniac without feeling tired.

different people respond to fat burners differently. some may experience crashes, headache etc while some dont.

my advis on fat burner is they do works,but before taking it try to increase ur stamina a bit by doing cardio twice or three time weekly.as soon as u can handle it,then ur body can handle the effect of fat burner.

stop eating fast food
and reduce your caloric intake
then exercise at least an hour a day

i assume lipo 6 are just a glorified eca stack. i dont know if its possible in malaysia but you could have your own lipo6 equivalent by buying otc med that have ephe in it (like bronkaid or theophyline tabs), some otc aspirin and coffee for the caffeine.
research abit and do your own dosage. you could save money.

nah, you can't do that. You can't take pill that have % amount of EP in it. It must be 100% EP cause to use the EC/ECA stack, you had to have an exact dosage. And 100% caffeine pill isn't available here (search it, never find one).
