i assume lipo 6 are just a glorified eca stack. i dont know if its possible in malaysia but you could have your own lipo6 equivalent by buying otc med that have ephe in it (like bronkaid or theophyline tabs), some otc aspirin and coffee for the caffeine.
research abit and do your own dosage. you could save money.
