you buy 1 cheap witching hour then you compare the dps increase with ur belt..

you will know the answer

for high end barbs who got high dps they will have enough ls procured from weapons... thus twh will be great for the attk speed bonus. max 9% ias and max cd will really boost dps more.. if the intelligence was replaced with AR then maybe 2 billion la.. lol

My monk has found a tWH with stats of 92 int, 91 vit, 28CR, 80 AR, 9 ias & 48 chd while farming for Act 3 key in mp10 yesterday night.
