the belt seem suitable for barb but it does not have any life steal, really can go 500m?

my belt:
495 armor
198str
85vit
2.8 life steal
critical hit chance 1.0
critical hit chance by revenge 8%

only 2m mah. got attack speed and cric damage can go up 500m?
