i dunno...i'm not really a 'luck' person. In fact, i really believe there's one or two douchebags in blizzard probably deciding which person deserve to get set items, legendaries or good rares. It's like Santa being picky and at the same time pricky.

last night while farming I keep chanting legend legendary...then poof I got frostburn glove. wtf!

i think you are right. I agree our battle tag and also player alias is part of crazy randomization weapon theory managed by some retard at blizzard.

it is the only way to earn 100 mil thru farming? of course I won't use real money to buy them.

just to share my personal experience on farming:

i used to create act 3: Second heart quest and start with clearing keep level 1 - 3 then towards cydaea n azmodan. looks fast n efficient, but hardly see legendaries.

recently i tried clear everyzone after azmodan, the reward is much better that i can see 1 to 3 legenderies everday, cant tell if its due to my plvl up or wat, but i feel better this farming way

tl:dr: to those who feeling like no legendaries loot, quit the efficiency talk and clear whole act.

there's a way to earn.
huge earnings always comes with huge risk, i hv explained to my friends how to earn in and pocket a lot of money.
just the matter of whether you're willing to invest big first.

brother i am on act 4 inferno not beaten diablo yet. zero legendary 145 hrs game play. So it is all random nothing to do with act cleareing.

Yes...but YK has a point. I've gotten only 7 since patch 1.04. IIRC only one dropped from an elite and the rest from white mobs. So farm everyting and not elites only. Also, I almost missed 2 lagendaries doing public runs...as sometimes we are going so fast you hardly see it drop...I was lucky I died and I ran back..and "hey whats that brown thing there?"

So..in short...clear everthing and not too fast... p.s out of the 7 I got ..5 is utterly uselsss 1 is good and 1 is so so . And also to the person above who is doing Act1 farming...YOU WILL NEVER GET A SET ITEM...I think since set items has moved to ilevel 63, it only drops in Act 3...

lets keep legendaries aside. any one got any item plans. So far only plan dropped for me is staff of herding on izual(spelling not right, whatever) on nightmare.

manticore with 2soket cant sell 200M anymore . compare to few day after the patch 1.04
because the AH is full WIth Manticore now

So far I dont know anyone who has managed to drop a lagendary crafting plan..everyone gets the Staff of Herding for the pony run . Lagendary crafting plan is a sure way of minitng money especially shoulders/helms.

I will be happy to get a set item...

Impposibru bro....there is a thread going on battlenet..where NO ONE has ever confirmed a 63 lagendary dropping in Act 1. Same goes for me ..4 drops in Act 1 not 1 was a 63. The blues also refuse to reply on whether 63 will drop in Act1/2. It appears that all 63/set dropped for all players dropped in Act 3/4 only
