info from iproperty sales agent block A will be completed in November next year, if it is based on the current construction speed it is possible complete in next year.

handover the key i think properly they will wait until three block of crane removed, and facilities completed, & block A will handover the key first follow by block B & last C sales after build, will not handover at the same time, else will very messy in traffic to move in & renovate.

Yup, agree with u bcoz the roadshow sometime they might sign for one year contract, and for branding at the same time collect interesting customer record in waiting list until the block C launching, if block A & B is full. But I believe Block C prices might higher than A & B。

Block A Total 286 units (13 units per floor) - 3 Lift
Block B Total 276 units (12 units per floor) - 3 Lift
Block C Total 176 units (8 units per floor) - 2 Lift

If for A.R 428 units (22 Units per floor) - 4 Lifts

PS: if not mistaken Ameera only 1 Block only, correct me if any wrong.

That is informed you tht the foundation stage completed so 10% interest of the total loan will request from your bank (loan) RM20 should be your previous paid balance, if not mistaken. so u no need do anything this is developer informed letter only to both of your & your bank .

Haha I think BLK B start pay the 10% since one of your friend peggylin also received the developer letter.

Brother condo most important is the management that's I more worry about , alot of condo good in conditions but no values bcoz of the management.
