Yup beside Block A that small piece of Land is belong to TLS but we have no idea what property they will develop, landed or Condo.

Block A & Block B those who facing forest view will effected if really another condo build at that small land...

Sure all of the flipper are targeting on middle and high end condo, but hope not that serious like Cheras Amaya, 80% are flipper & investor, until now only few cat living in .
