But i think developer sure will done it before gst i believe they knw hw to calculate the cost if done after gst sure the material will going up as well

Block A now left internal and window installation, block B left one floor to finish the top construct floor 22, and Block C that i mentioned above...circle in red...

Block C 8 units per floor should be no problem to finished it on time within 1 years, as I know Block B 12 units they just take 9 months time build on top..once Block B done sure will focus on C to speed it up

prima saujana area current value already psf 300+, i dnt think it will be in tht area n its doesn't make sense~As lee brother big developer in kajang as i knw currently They build Saujana Impian, Kajang Impian, Jelok Impian, Setia Impian, Bangi Avenue.. very big player in Kajang, so i dnt think they would be such a big sacrifice to pull down there quality
