Anyone has any idea why Kajang Town/Saujana Impian view is not as hot as pool view and forest view?? Night view of town should be ok wah....

I think their current discount able to melt ur heart dy... with 1% downpayment plus free this and that... freehold...2 carparks and reasonable built up....

I visited last 2 weeks...forest view still plenty..after 1 weekend passed...so fast left few units... response not bad tho... perhaps u wait for tower 2 lo... just likr my friends. .. he prefer tower 2...

Yup..no doubt... but he don't mind wo.. he like the pool view plus forest view... rich guy dun care much...me different ... I like low price... hehe

anyone starting to apply loan already? I just applied HLB and PBB. any other banks contacted you guys?

I had offer from PBB for my MV units, only -2.4%, and that was for loan amount 800K. Considering the loan amount here is less than 400K, i think -2.4% is very good offer already.

I think still available for forest view (few), n Kajang town view (lot). U can get more details at TLS sales office

Hi.. Do u think they will refund booking fees i cancel my booking? Or is it possible to transfer? Mine is pool view middle floor unit no 8.

Does any one have the details spec already? Will developer provide 2x2 porcelain tiles for whole house? This definitely will help to build reputation of developer by providing good quality stuff.

Is it possible to request developer to change the window in master bedroom to bigger size? Hehe..will looks nicer and more natural light.

I was told can start apply loan. public bank and hong leong are the panel banks, more panel banks will be available.

If their purpose is for flipping, I guess for those small investor, may not a good news because their entry price most likely will be lower because they buy in bulk. Small investor have to be creative when selling out their units. Speculating property always comes with risk and must plan for the risk.

But this is definitely good news if you buy for own stay.

Made my booking 11th floor facing kajang town. The SA told me that there will be a separate road infront from the flat. Is that true?

Just worried that people will park their car at the main road and will cause traffic congestion.
Another question, any idea where does the shoplots will be located? is it behind MV?
