Btw whats wrong with second hand condo or called subsale? Its not like buying an used old car. In fact a subsale is proven based on supply and demand theory (most of it) compared to brand new price set by developer. Again, it depends on the personnel as well but for me a subsale is still viable

Don't think you need to pay extra 15k for pool view. The selling price for Block B is hoigher than Block A by 20k and if you can find a unit in Blk A, then you will get better return for your investment

dont know why i feel good but curious on why TLS dont wan to release block C now... block C having the lowest density, once release, even with higher price, sure many ppl will grab it.... good thing is, if it only release when it completed with a high high price.. maybe above 500k... meaning that almost 400psf.... then we as block A, and B buyers will auto get increased on the market value too.... its a good thing as what i think....

one of my friend ask me what is the amenities nearby this development such as hospital, universities, schools, shopping complex..

I'm unable to answer. He told me these amenities are crucial elements which can bring up the property value.

I have confidence the development potential of the next 10 years in this area, I inference major development priority will be start from sri kantan emerging including shopping malls, continuation from  saujana impian to prima saujana bcoz of MRT station sure will lead vicinity development continues to the prima saujana, just like today PJU damansara.  Mah Sing Group also looking for land outside Kuala Lumpur. So wait and see hahaha...
