purchase if is for own use.
For those owner who wanted to
rent out as "fully furnish" can try to group
together.

any smart guy can group in
10s or 20s to make the price lower.
winwin situation.

any takers.

vp notification means mid april can starts
to do the inspection and repairs.
definitely block "c" have to be isolated.

Just went there, place has deteroriated
much base on cleaniness and foreign
rental ratio.
Will not want such place to stay.

What is the condition of Ivory, yet to
be seen.

Agree with you, but the area needs
some commercial catalyst. this area also
the catchment area of people who
is using the lekas highway like residence
in ecohill, pajam, eco majestic,
diamond city , etc etc.

can some business man have the vision and land
to build another 1 utama, or setia walk??

Ivory vp will be in late Oct, Ameera is now
building the inner road and vp to be Feb 2015.

Tls is playing game as Oasis 1 is still
have units to be sold. Ivory block c will
also be launched with completion. they
will place the price of Ivory block c higher
than Oasis 1, as pay and stay condition. no need
to pay 3 yrs bank interest. That is the
reason for delaying vp for Ivory and Ameera.

If Oasis 1 can sell fast( which is tough, as buying
trend is slow), then Ivory will be vp immediately.

Anyway, Pearl avenue rental is at rm
1900 at fully furnish 1101 sqf.
Empty unit at ivory can fetch 1400-1600
, my personal opinion.
