For condo it is hard to avoid even my uncle condo 800k also alot of nigeria n pakistan but the main thing is how the management going to strctly to doing there task are most important n committee

Based on there previous project no one are delay, so at the moment no need to worry about that first, now in-front of the main road roundabout will have shoplot coming soon

For sharing~
Yesterday by pass Ivory residence there main road beside IR are ready for car drive through, behind ivory residence one more Banglow 1080 Residence @ Puncak Saujana Kajang to build, actually surrounding IR are built up alot of 3 story Banglow, pricing starting 1.5M...I have visit the show house extreme big with club house.
