If you have some cash on hand, like 15% as DP and some extra cash for renovation, there are actually plenty of subsales you can look for, try to use Iprop to narrow down the searching area, then focus on those area to get what you needed

hi peri taiko, so I should call in to bank and ask to waive the charges right, shouldn't I provide any documents right?

1. Housing area near this area is Mutiara Heights (under construction) RM800k - 900k 2. Commercial - quite a lot. You can find Giant, Paparich, McD within 1km |
