streamyx which package?

for me, unifi - 40-60ms. screamyx kena dc quite often, esp raining weii..

oh well i think it depend on location and service la.

my friend's unifi much more problem than my streamyx. So basically if got problem straight go report to isp, as i did before and they changed port and it's fixed

EDIT: ping always 30-60ms. No lag, streamyx 4M

if u are having problem when using unifi, must be wrong port. call the unifi person to fix this

I optimized my network to reduce ping, not sure it will works on delay or lag or not, I used until now so far no lag, I kinda forgotten what I had done, as far as I know I use TCPOptimizer, a few tweaks on registry and restart, it should work well.

Streamyx speed: 4M

Before implementation: 60ms - 200ms

After implementation: 30ms - 150ms

Works well with XP, Window 7 not yet tested.

my streamyx give ping 33ms to SEA server, the best can reach 5ms. (I dunno why it can s how 5ms)

Unifi ---> Streamyx ----> others brands.

Unifi is always better than streamyx no matter what.

Has anyone subscribed Maxis Optic Fibre and tried playing DotA 2? If possible, please state the range of ping for SEA.

Not always like that, unifi good in download/upload.
For gaming, ping is the most important.
Some area unifi can have a better ping than streamyx, some area is streamyx better ping than unifi.

Actually it also depends on your router and receiver

right now i am using RT N15 by Asus.

Using Unifi is great if you are playing in SEA zone in DotA 2

even at the peak time its still deliver smooth experiences.

Try U Mobile, I am using it. Ping stable around 90-160ms. (if not browsing just Dota, SEA server)

i am always playing at 200ms too , used to it i guess

dota 2 even 200 ms not that much lag or delay i try to play on eu server back in the old time when sea server keep problem and is it playable on eu server with around few sec delay

I can't play with that ping, last time I try US server, can't last hit and denied at all, plus my powershot become inaccurate at there cos have to predict more than 1 sec.

Sometimes I get lag also, using unipie.
