QUOTE(DrPitchard @ Apr 6 2013, 10:52 PM) I myself have a unit there, bought late last year. I believe it has a lot of potential and can't wait for Cyberjaya to fully develop. Development south of Klang Valley is greatly picking up, with developers already invading Sg Long, Kajang, Bangi and Seremban. It is a matter of time before Cyberjaya is heavily 'invaded' by MNC's and we see a huge spike in price. I bought for investment purpose but wouldn't mind consider staying there if it turns up real good. Currently staying in Puchong and it takes me a good 40-50mins for me to get to KLCC from my home. Tried once from Cyberjaya to KLCC in the morning and its also 40mins. Have to admit that it is quite dead at night but with development going further down south year by year, its just a matter of time before Cyberjaya becomes a place to live also, besides work. Compare travelling time & distance, between Cyberjaya & Puchong.

According to Cyberview, it will be a joint effort from SP Setia & Cyberview. Not sure the picture is final or not. I think it will be the same backdrop picture showing in the coming Property Showcase in Cyberview Resort & Spa, Cyberjaya . Just for sharing. Thanks. First sexy highrise @ Cyberjaya, that able to seduce us! This post has been edited by xyyap: Apr 8 2013, 11:04 PM

QUOTE(noblebaby @ Apr 9 2013, 02:11 PM) With CCC, cyberjaya can b a self sustained city CCC will be one of the best highrise @ Cyberjaya. It looks like, best highrise will come last, to make the price increase. This concept is the same for HER landed development, last phase will be the most exclusive & expensive!

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Apr 9 2013, 02:39 PM) If BN won - continue the current momentum. If PKR won - lagi best, expect exponential growth due to foreign investment coming in (similar like penang). So, no matter what happen, we can only be better and not worse. If PKR won - lagi best, expect exponential growth due to foreign investment coming in (similar like penang). >>> If PR wins, they have to do exceptional well, especially focus on Malaysia economy. Else, they will be easily voted out come 2017/2018. If this happen, believe by 2022 we will see another properties peak!!!

QUOTE(rachel_xxx @ Apr 9 2013, 09:21 PM) Yea i know the indicative price. but nothing else. Can foresee will be kelam kabut as buyers need to digest all info from various projects at the same time. See my signature. Read the propcafe blog. Set a target, landed @ highrise. Then set a budget. Not a tough choice.

QUOTE(noblebaby @ Apr 9 2013, 09:28 PM) I need to do a survey: If a foreign investor wanted to invest in cyberjaya, wat r u going to tell him? 1. 8 years to be matured. 2. 20+ minutes drive @ 30+ km drive from KLCC. 3. First class facilities & infrastructure. 4. Well planned township like Singapore @ Iskandar. 5. Best HER concept, cheap compare to Penang @ Iskandar. 6. Future quality communities. 7. GREEN!!!

QUOTE(rachel_xxx @ Apr 9 2013, 09:43 PM) not so congested. Visited during weekends, like the environment as I prefer more quiet area. Easy job opportunity as I am in IT field But I prefer landed but cannot afford those in cyber, thus went for M resi But still 6c6c cyber props if I can afford at least proper residential projects instead of mixing with office type. If u buy HER for own stay NOW, Garden Residences is a value buy.

QUOTE(rachel_xxx @ Apr 9 2013, 09:58 PM) but I am thinking otherwise, if single better to stay at more happening places (nearer to city) so that easier to find friends or lepak with friends but if married, will look for more serene and quiet environment. We think the same.

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Apr 10 2013, 06:23 AM) Love the peaceful and quiet living green environment yet not too far away to happening places. Like! Sama sama... Same reason, like why we like Desa ParkCity too. Expect driving time from Eco Glades @ Desa ParkCity to KLCC, to be the same.
