I myself have a unit there, bought late last year. I believe it has a lot of potential and can't wait for Cyberjaya to fully develop. Development south of Klang Valley is greatly picking up, with developers already invading Sg Long, Kajang, Bangi and Seremban. It is a matter of time before Cyberjaya is heavily 'invaded' by MNC's and we see a huge spike in price. I bought for investment purpose but wouldn't mind consider staying there if it turns up real good.

Currently staying in Puchong and it takes me a good 40-50mins for me to get to KLCC from my home. Tried once from Cyberjaya to KLCC in the morning and its also 40mins.

Have to admit that it is quite dead at night but with development going further down south year by year, its just a matter of time before Cyberjaya becomes a place to live also, besides work.

My SH semi D already crossed 2mil now... ok lah, not greedy, 3.5mil by 2020.

Once the singaporean come in to buy, the price will fly. Now the interest of singaporean at this place is zero. Singaporean only know iskandar, mont kiara n klcc.

Besides more jobs from MNC, SRJK C, mosque, hospital (HSC upcoming), what other amenities that you think will attract ppl moving into cyber???

and some UK estbalished middle class GBP 176,834 in Malaysia new affulent workers start buying GBP176k in KV.

With CCC, cyberjaya can b a self sustained city

If BN won - continue the current momentum.
If PKR won - lagi best, expect exponential growth due to foreign investment coming in (similar like penang).
So, no matter what happen, we can only be better and not worse.

not so congested. Visited during weekends, like the environment as I prefer more quiet area.

But I prefer landed but cannot afford those in cyber, thus went for M resi

But still 6c6c cyber props if I can afford at least proper residential projects instead of mixing with office type. 

but I am thinking otherwise, if single better to stay at more happening places (nearer to city) so that easier to find friends or lepak with friends but if married, will look for more serene and quiet environment.

Mont Kiara today has about 5x the population VS DPC, but conggestion for DPC today worst than MK.

And I tot' MK is nearer to 1U compared to DPC, no?
