u bought the island unit? why so bias towards island?

Some friends told me that being a senior I.T manager (40 yrs old+) with MNC company in Malaysia can easily get monthly salary of Rm 15K++
Besides, those working in oil n gas (40 yrs old+) can get back easily Rm 30K~
Can someone from I.T / OnG line verify this?
If this is correct, these managers can afford to live in cyber landed prop la.

There are a lot more industries are paying good. Not to forget tonnes of businessman too. Affordability is there, the question a just choice of living style and duration for ppl to accept, buy and move in.

Dude, whats ur problem? I got money and i am searching for a place to buy. Why being so hostile? I asked nadayu people, alam impian people, setia alam people before i bought there and all happily answered me. Dont be like this. The question is not funny. Is valid. Because i wanna choose which house to buy along with the land size if necessary. If i can renovate, maybe it is worth to buy a unit with a bigger land. And also i asked about the maintenance is same regardless of the size because some development charge 5-7 cents/sqft and not the same for everybody. The bigger the unit, the higher the owner pays. Thats all bro. Nothing offensive. Looks like somebody here doesnt want me to be his neighbour.

I am also looking to invest in Kajang, i think this place still got upside.

I hav a light industry shop lot. Bought 600k, now asking 1.6mil. Rental $5k according to my SA. Going to VP soon. Blindly bought it 3 years ago. Luck.

I did better investing the condos in singapore, hehe... now looking for nice landed property in msia for retirement use... still duno where to stay...

Personally I think the concept of the G&G in cyber is very good. Can be better than some of the atas development in KV.

My singapore neighbour just got the key for his bungalow in KV, the unit is very nice but the surrounding is so so, ordinary housing look... he paid RM7mil for the unit.

ok    For me it's very simple , I looked around (but excused me for using bubbles to describe it but others may call it increase in price)

1. KLCC - 100% to 300% bubbles
2. PJ area - 100% to 200% bubbles
3. Cyberjaya - 100% to 200% bubbles
4. Other Klang valley suburbs: 100 to 300% bubbles
5. Bangsar - 30% to 50% bubbles
6. Mont Kiara - 10% to 30% bubbles
(all price based on new launch prices and not resale since 2010)

I picked the one with less bubbles- in case it burst, I also foresee a lot of momentum for MK 3 to 5 years down the road and I am a bit brand-concious (not too much  ) and I like MK so this is my natural choice.
