highly recommended skypark. the sales alone speaks for itself,similar JPO concept, shopping mall with cinema, good concept ala marina bay sands, potential landmark of cbj, new CBD will be in front of LKW which is also about 1km to skypark

it was around rm550psf. u get everything that ur eyes could see in the showroom. tv, microwave,bed, interior design. check out my post in "skypark" thread in lowyat.net. i have posted some pictures there. if u ask me, that is dirt cheap.

Which cinema will D'Pulze have? If you realize, all 3 of these developments claimed to have cinemas in them:

1) D'Pulze
2) Pangaea
3) Skypark

We have 3 main anchor cinemas in Malaysia:

1) TGV
2) GSC
3) MBO


I was told by a friend that Skypark is talking with TGV. How true, not sure. Dont quote me on this.

But if all developments have cinemas, we will have choices. smile.gif

I have to contribute coz i am vested in it. kekekek. no la, actually i believe cbj will be prosper in the future based on my own study. to be honest, good, new,good location, landed by reputable developers are not easy to find. on commercial side, i am eager to see how skypark will turn cbj around.
