Can somebody here please share with me why famous taikors are promoting vega residensi? IMHO I dont see the potential. Leasehold, lousy location, not really cheap for the price. Skypark cyberjaya, pangaea, shaftsbury kick vega's ass anytime. Or is there something i am too blind to notice. Please share

If they wanna flip, good luck on that. Other projects like i mentioned above are much better imho. Location is also a lot better. Freehold. If buyers just want pocket money because of serious rebates given, i guess better refinance the current props. The only logical reason to buy verga is to be first home buyers. Whether developer or guru....all need to be ethical and responsible in term of selling especially to new n young purchaser. Hopefully all have done their homeworks. My advice is investment need to be proper n never think of using shortcut. Buy quality prop that can accumulate ur wealth, dont buy it for the sake of quantity driven to syok sendiri. Achievable strategy n exit plan must be there...

Even though not yet confirmed, a proposed MRT station = persiaran diplomatik near SP setia's high rise. Got a few more stations all purposely "elak" malay reserves land. This part is MRT phase 2. There are also phase 3 and phase 4 but not really important coz nobody knows whether BN's plan is gonna b materialized
