Sometimes I wonder, with Najib's TRX, would he be concentrating on Cyberjaya?

Hopefully yes. But you know BN style. With power in hand, when they want to concentrate on something, they will do it kau2. other places left without any attention. But honestly I dont think cyberjaya will be left in the position even though it was the idea of Dr.M and not other PMs.

During Pak Lah time, lots of other building got MSC status outside of CBJ which continued until today. Really a bad move!!!! WTF.

Other projects by BN like Iskandar Project in Johore really got kau2 support. From nowhere land to JPO, Legoland, High Speed Monorail, Singapore-Malaysia Ring Road Highway, bla bla bla. I have a feeling that TRX will get kau2 support too by Jib Kor if he is still in power.

I am also looking in Iskandar but very hard to monitor as I am based in KV. I feel like I havent tapped full potential of KV just yet

Sometimes project sakit might be the best thing depending on the development of location. for instance I bought Elements@Ampang and i was hoping that they would build it slowly so that the building is only completed just a few years away from soon to be operational circle line station nearby.(when i was just driving around, I was shocked building already so high.damn).. I believe cyberjaya would benefit too if late delivery, waiting for all shopping malls to be completed. On LAD, I heard in some cases, some companies like to buat bodoh and not paying. How do we force them to pay?

4% only in singapore? aiya. actually if talking about ROI, nothing beats those flats at good location. but less satisfaction when buying. yeah most landed appreciated well. but if too heavy in landed and lousy rental and dont have any high rise with good rental, it is not balance and the risk can be on the high side. that is my opinion la. thats why now i am targeting high rise around kl. plus good landed, freehold, g&g and at good price = almost extinct nowadays. or maybe that demand is just a fairy tale. kekeke.
