Everything is depends on demand, & it is a fact that nowadays landed with concept & design, the supply is very less with very high demand.

In Singapore, a new landed is asking for about S$ 4 M. If this happen to Malaysia, people have no choice but to go for condo, & this will make luxury condo BBB too.

When I first time step in Symphony hills, like u too,fall in love and after few days decided a unit.
I like it because the greenery and safety .
Currently I have bought a unit of semi D at puchong,but due to environment concern, I decided to choose cyber.
Some friends of mine was shocked,when I told them I intended to move from subang to cyber! Am I crazy?

Puchong only have IOI Mall now.

As of now, IOI City Mall will be the best for Cyberjaya.

It will be interesting to see where they are going to build the next Damansara like, since currently even Puchong a so ONG place also lack of such facilities.

Many people buy Johor because of Singapore, we see the difference again, we are going to buy Singapore.
