Simple maths, will u buy a > RM 1 M link villa, rent it out for RM 3k monthly? More condo launches about RM 500k for 1000 sqft will be good. Population, population, population... |

QUOTE(kiddyinvestor @ Nov 1 2012, 01:58 PM) The public balloting i think is still the same as last round. kiddyinvestor so excited? I thought he keep warning people in Eco Glades thread? Lol.They will send you sms to those who register of which will inform when to pay the bank draft to participate on the public balloting. Once you pay the bank draft, they will give you a number and you drop your number into the box. Then, they will also tell you when is the actual date of the public balloting and you can go to witness the balloting process. Last i heard they target middle of this month for the public balloting. Eco Glades second launch confirm BBB. Haha. |

QUOTE(ecin @ Nov 2 2012, 05:19 PM) Is it Prima? Yeah, this is important to transform Cyberjaya. Like!Emkay plans for medium-cost units at Cyberjaya Emkay Group is still awaiting the final decision of the Selangor state government over the developer’s proposal to build affordable houses in Cyberjaya, reported The Star. The company’s proposal to the Selangor government is in line with its efforts to help the middle-income group get their own houses, said Ahmad Khalif Mustapha Kamal, Chief Executive Officer at Emkay. “We have identified about 50 acres in Cyberjaya. But we hope we can start by the third and fourth quarter next year,” he said after handing over the keys to 10 owners of Domain 3 apartment units at Cyberjaya on 31 October. Although the proposed project is still in the planning stage, Emkay expects to include around 3,000 medium cost houses priced at RM200,000 per unit, said Emkay Chairman Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal Abu Bakar in September. ...... ...... http://www.propertyguru.com.my/property-ne...ts-at-cyberjaya U know, so many people complain no affordable properties @ Cyberjaya. When there are, they will say Cyberjaya no longer exclusive. Haha. This post has been edited by xyyap: Nov 2 2012, 11:37 PM |

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Nov 2 2012, 11:04 PM) Some news about KLIA2 which will be in service May 2013. If u want to find buyers' profile, ask the bank than the developer.More or less this will help to boost up the commercial and residentail in Cyberjaya. If not mistaken, one of the Air Asia's hotels will be in Cyberjaya D'pluze and currently there are already some pilots, stewardess, airport workers bought Symphony Hills in Cyber too according to SA. http://klia2.org/ Brother, I believe u must know a lot of them, do share with us the data. Thanks. |

AirAsia is really 1 of the Malaysia Boleh:
SEPANG: The new low-cost carrier terminal (LCCT), KLIA2 is ready to attract over 50 per cent the world's low-cost carriers once it is completed in May 2013. Currently, there are 30-40 low-cost carriers worldwide compared with only five budget carriers for the past five years. Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) general manager, construction, Mohd Zaifuddin Idris, said currently 12 low-cost carriers operated from KLIA2 and two more budget airlines would come in once it was completed. "The two budget carriers are Malindo Airways and Firefly," he told reporters on the sidelines of the ceremony to mark the completion of the RM150 million skybridge here today. He said Firefly has asked for space at klia2 as it intended to use jet planes instead of turboprop engine aircraft. Mohd Zaifuddin said klia2 could handle over 50,000 passengers a day. "The terminal is capable to serve 45 million passengers a year, but for the first year of operations expect to handle about 20 million passengers," he said. He said the RM4 billion klia2 was on track for completion within schedule. "It is 70 per cent completed and we are on schedule with the smooth progress made by our main contractors," he said. He said the 300-metre skybridge, the first in Asia and third in the world, has 60m of walklators. It connects the passenger terminal building to the satellite building and will only take over five minutes to travel between these two points. The skybridge is purposely built to cross over the taxiway and features glass wall, presenting passengers the opportunity to enjoy spectacular view of the air side. -- BERNAMA |

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Nov 3 2012, 10:32 PM) Bro XYYAP, KLCC is a great place to live if u are single however air pollution is really bad and not suitable for family lifestyle (kids). Yup, when I compare link villa, I feel Eco Glades super cheap. Not sure about semi D @ bungalow. Not within our range.Prefer to grow my boys at nice living environment like Cyber while short driving DURATION (18mins via MEX) to KLCC. Aiya, for those said Cyberjaya tak boleh nvm la as everyone has their own opinion however buying F/H ard Rm1.8m is cheap if you look back 5 yrs later. Good holding power, F/H, completed Hwy accessibility to other city - u never get wrong! Note - The Glades (Sime Darby), MCT (Kingsley Hills) which are 15 mins driving distance away are alr selling at extra 50-70% more exp (although bigger BU). What else can u complain??? Added on November 3, 2012, 10:35 pm Bro XYYAP, Forgot to tell you. Few of my mates who work in KLCC area but living in Tmn Desa / Kuchai Lama / Bkt Jalil have upgraded to landed prop in Cyber too. QUOTE(AURA101 @ Nov 4 2012, 09:27 AM) In My Humble Opinion.... After election? Not much impact.Added on November 4, 2012, 9:32 am Heard about consent issues on CBJ between developer and issues of developer getting consent from current Selangor government land office. Perhaps better wait to buy until after general election. People afraid PKR wins? I see it very positive. Haha. Come on, let the national & state party be the same, let us build Malaysia like Singapore & Penang. 1 Malaysia. Yeah. |
