I am not so positive about Malaysia yield play, looking more for capital appreciation in Malaysia.

If my monthly installment is RM 6k, I don't mind rent it out for > RM 3k, so long is enough to cover interest.

Talking about opportunity costs, we have our own way & were not bounded by that. And yes, since Cyberjaya house is so expensive, yet many people comments many buy to flip...

But the fact is, how many people can buy like u for flipping? Haha.

a lot of good outlet have open .when i.went there during weekend,most parents brought their kids for breakfast.before there most of it r youngsters.can u imagine there have open 2 starbucks outlet at the same town? till to date,no Starbucks  outlet open at Putra Height or Kota Kemuning?

I visited Bandar Puteri Puchong 6 years back. It is a great township.

During then, we like DesaPark City the most. Because of budget, we end up with Sri Damansara. Today, there is a > RM 600k gap between DesaPark City & Sri Damansara.

Sri Damansara boom later than Bandar Puteri Puchong, and yes we have made a good choice too, although may not be the best.

Missed once. Not going to miss twice.

If u are not contribute to Singapore income tax, u got to pay everything in cash, bank will not borrow u.

For me, I am entitled for 80% loan for second properties, investment will be leveraged on bank, something like "nett gearing yield".

The main reason we choosed Eco Glades is because of Setia & > 200 acres land development. Budget can go higher but not lucky to kena island unit.
