I work here for 5 years+, the place is confirmed developing and consider fast if compare to my current location Seremban. Quite convenient to every place around KL/PJ and no jam, I hate jam so Puchong is definitely out, Kajang too complicated, Bangi/Shah Alam malay area, worry I can't get the license for my dogs, Sungai Buloh too far away, Damansara either too far or too expensive, KL just same like Puchong or worst.....so after comparing Cyberjaya is the best among all.


Leng Lui or not is very depend on personal taste. Went to their office, not say very leng lui but not bad looking though, and not hao lian or lcly, very friendly but need more study on their own unit, some question can't answer and need to refer to more technical person, but usually Sales person is like that so it's ok, overall not too bad.

Went to the Cyberjaya resortview hotel for the fair last time, other developer didn't have any leng lui SA also....maybe leng lui SA never got assign to Cyberjaya project? LOL

Still many people from KL/PJ refuse to stay here although they work in Cyberjaya, main reason is they already used to the place they are staying right now, many even said that rather staying at Puchong than Cyberjaya, because hard to find food and entertainment around here. We really need more shop and mall to open here to bloom the place.

Anyhow, I had 3 colleagues bought the condo here, 1 for own stay, another 2 not sure. Mah Sing's condo and Serin Residency.

Not 3%, only 3 person I know.

Super Link show unit should ready at October although its fully sold out except the 2 show unit.

Depends on your taste I guess. Concept is different compared between SH and SR.

One thing that very obvious between the 2 is the privacy part, SR is less open space compare to SH, so you get to enjoy a bit more privacy I guess...

That's a huge difference between SH and SR, other than the resort concept, what the club house actually offer other than gym and pool?
Wonder how much SEG gonna cost, a huge lake to maintain...

RM280 for super link, 3xx-4xx for semi-d, 5xx for bungalow if not mistaken on the semi-d and bungalow. The reason why the club house have so less facilities is to keep the maintenance low, which is good IMO coz I use very less on those, I want the place to be secured, clean and well keep on the garden, that's consider good enough for me.

Land I forgot, 24x80 if not mistaken, build up is 3805 sqft, from RM1.4m. Used to have discount when I bought, now not sure still have or not, did not ask.

CR is good, only problem is the developer risk, if buy for investment still ok, for own stay it will really make me frustrated if the house got many problem.

I don't like apple nor Samsung, fans of windows phone but I've been working at cyberjaya for more than 5 years and going to move in when house is ready...LOL

No idea...I seldom go Putrajaya, too many malay and my malay sucks, communication is a big problem for me...some more now I'm staying at Seremban, can get everything here no point going Putrajaya, maybe in future when I move in to Cyberjaya I'll visit there more often.

Off Topic but just to answer you, i stated above I prefer windows phone than android/ios/bb10, so those brand basically more or less are out of the question.

Even Shah Alam is getting expensive now...compared Shah Alam and Cyberjaya, distance about the same but traffic are totally different...Shah Alam is so damn jam...
