I am speaking based on own feel only, without data in hand:

I have been in many properties forum for a year, there are many negative comments about Cyberjaya including u. Non stop debate.

But from what I feel, most good project @ Cyberjaya is selling like hot cake.

Everything is there, but the people. Yes, I believe this batch of buying have quite many for own stay. Once people start to move in, I am quite sure we are not "water fish".

Not sure why, people like prefer lake since DesaPark City.

Dont boom me, this is just what i feel n i think i should share with u guys. there are too many good things that u know, is time to look at the negative side. hope that i help. thanks. i bought a studio in taman equine, i think that area also facing same problems that cyber has, just that studio there only sells at 200k.

Cyberjaya needs people, people, people...

Either Cyberjaya boom like Puchong, or stays quiet for own stay. Being buying our house for own stay, the risk & reward is extremely attractive.

Puchong always have such problem.

Upgrade to Cyberjaya, buy now with 3 years DIBS, sell Puchong properties 5 years later. If everything works well, the cash out will be just nice.
