this land is the only land that comes with LEASEHOLD status in entire cyberjaya, furthermore, it actually located very inconveniently if you would to come to Cyberjaya from this location you would have to make a big uturn @ equine park there and it's next to a big HTC.

anyway this is just IMHO

Finally made my trip to Mirage by the lake showroom, seriously almost fainted!! I've never seen such a beautiful showroom, they must have invested a lot on the renovation and furnitures, saw that they are already building the villas, condo wise now is up to 6th floor already, quite fast.

Just visited cyber today, not that bad. Hoping to see another 2 to 3 major development announced in 2013

It is going to be packed x3 at dpc. However it is still much better to view the great fireworks at dpc compares to other places/malls with the reflection from the lake.

SH is nice! Very resort feel.

The numbers of residential development now is just nice.

The next step is to focus on bringing in more population, so that the infrastructure can be further enhanced.
