the problem with Malaysia property is the poor maintenance.... i visted Vista Komanwel last week, although there are some upgrading work going on but still look bad compared to 5-6 years ago. Student residences... dirty, and unsafe, many broke in.... asking 400k... the new development KM1 is selling at 800k.

this was one of the reasons sales of Symphony Hills increased in the past 2-3 months... can't get good unit in SEG, better go for SH if can afford the higher price quantum before the good unit is gone.

Yup, maintenance fee is expensive in SH, i expect to pay $1k monthly for my semi-D.

However SH monthly maintenance is whopping $600-800 per month, and that is even excluding 100+ for the club house. As for MBTL, kinda find it odd that condo folks can just roam around the link villa without and access restriction. They could virtually walk right to your main door (since without perimeter fencing), lawn your backyard, collect your letter, pretend to be your gardener....etc. |
