those used to be giant tech companies seem dying down... like HP, ericsson, AMD, etc.....  afraid less and less ppls working there.... my neighbour in Singapore also went to see Symphony Hills. He likes it.
 He wanted to buy a land in Cyber and ask me JV with him...He is currently holding several landed properties in KL worth more than RM20mil but he is more bullish on Iskandar than Cyber. I should follow him to get a bungalow in East Ledang 2 year ago....  by the way, he is in oil and gas industry too, super rich.
