haha. well i feel the opposite on this.. in fact when i went to SH 18 months ago, i look at the interior design of the schubert, mozart and all. I think the design was really really weird..it's so weird to see the show unit having a window railing inside the house...on top of that my frens and I din have the good vibe about that place and it feels gloomy 'un-lively' ambience..comparing this to GR, GR feels much lively and all in the surroundings..being a worker in CBJ the last 3 years, we have done our research and observation, that GR is still the most strategic residential development in CBJ - easy access to the major highways and Prime Minister office/residential in Putrajaya. for own stay, i would advise to get GR than any other residential in CBJ due to its most strategic location. the rest of other residential in CBJ ( SEG, Sejati, SH ) may not hav the this ease of road accessibility compare to GR. These 3 residential sites have deep location at the inner part of CBJ which need to drive these many traffic lights with 2 lanes on the way in..quite a hasle if u r driving in and out everyday... Furthermore these 3 developments SEG, Sejati and SH have a higher density residential population around it in the future..not to mention also the many more commercial places, MMU University and another Islamic University VERY nearby in the future....paying so much for a residential that is so nearby to MMU is really a wrong move..
