After being served me 6years+...

[attachmentid=3892878]

Low Beam burnt, but High Beam still useable.

This is LH Bulb, RH Bulb changed 5months ago,

didn't go for expensive bulb since I notice both headlamp plastic cover started aging,

might as well change the headlamp together if the bulb burnt again.
*
come install HID projector la.. hehehe..

wah, retrofit into existing headlamp?
*
yep. retrofit into existing headlamp.
already done 3 satria neo.. which need bracket to be made.
if original already projector need to make bracket.

for H4 base headlamp easier.

Hmm... not intended to go for HID since I dislike those user who never adjust probably on the light output..

yours one cut-off "Z" line quite nice.  rclxms.gif

I wonder this headlamp is it projector ready?

user posted image
No, i didn't purchase anything from there,

I Google and get this website  laugh.gif

why don't you try ask from spare part shop?

at least if wrong buy, you still can look for them.
*
those who doesnt use proper HID projector wont get the proper sharp cut-off.
me retrofit with the best HID projector. cool2.gif

yep that headlamp projector ready, but usually use normal halogen projector.
put HID set wont get the proper cut-off.

here.. exposure turn down.

Yours can use normal holegen bulbs?
or suggest to use HID?
the projector is HID specific. so recommended to use HID.
however, halogen H1 might fit in.. but i haven't try tho..
maybe i can try later.. hmm.gif

i retrofit to my neo and some customer.. all using HID 4300K. (high quality ones, not those cheap HID set)
never been stopped at roadblock.. biggrin.gif

Gen2 done before?
But I think Gen2 is using H4 headlamp bulbs.
*
currently i dont have halogen in HID projector picture.
however have this comparison.

top: stock oem neo projector + halogen 55w
bot: HID projector + HID 35w

for Gen2 easier to retrofit. no need to custom made bracket.
my projector is Bi-Xenon. both hi/low HID.

I'll not suggest to stick an halogen bulb into a HID specific projector because the fit is too tight and you might break the halogen bulb inside the projector, and damaging the projector.

the one Max is selling, the Mini projector, is design to take only HID bulbs.  smile.gif
*
yeah.. better to put in HID. thats the reason for retrofitting. icon_idea.gif

anyway, ahpaul82 heres the HID projector with Halogen H1 55w

this is my contribution to the hid... sorry becoz i only remembered when i was stopping at the light with this monster in front of me...

these are the waja HID on CPS. mine was the same bulb since 2009... starts white then slowly changes to yellowish (much like the h4 normal colours).
*
Thanx..
But its too near, cant see the output properly.
Anyway, the output looks like normal projector with HID..
