QUOTE(echobrainproject @ May 29 2013, 05:53 PM) yes 6am is normal toolbox, no issue. but try working til 3+am 'taking a nap' for 2 hours then back up and the next day begins. 7 days a week thats why i said, legally not allowed, but is widely done. haha. btw, i just read the HSE alert report regarding the fatality due to the watertiht door. I've tried two times 24-hours last time...really tiring (not offshore works)....anyway is the report for internal circulation only? (^__^)

HSE/SHE : "Safety is Our Priority" Planning : "We estimate the works can be completed within 8 months." Prepare list of item etc." Execution : "Do this, do that, cepatla, tak apa, this one cannot do, not inside workscope, but must do, then pay later. Where got complete 8 months, etc." Commisioning : "How come this one not same? You have do like this (but things already installed) etc." Management : "Why the project delay? When the project can be completed? Complete all 5W 1H(what, when, why, who, which, how)"
Haha

QUOTE(abgkik @ Jun 3 2013, 01:33 PM) Safety is the most priority.. but it is not an excuse for project delay... because in the end, whoever not comply is on them...hehe Execution safety mindset different with permit auditor/HSE or whoever never been at field...on paper and site usually there will be differences, matter is how you manage the differences... Note : Lately I noticed Dragger always return the gas detector late to owner (after send for calibration). Anyone experience this? (^__^) This post has been edited by nash9701: Jun 3 2013, 11:28 PM

QUOTE(Stamp @ Jun 14 2013, 11:40 AM) Shell screwed-up FEED. They had to redesign the pontoons due to blunders in topsides weight estimates. That delayed the project close to 1.5 years. hopefully RAPID FEED team (now in FRANCE), do not do the same things.....haha (^__^)

QUOTE(OC4/3 @ Jun 23 2013, 11:54 AM) How is the starting pay like for technician?? Most importantly,do they look heavily at your CGPA?? If say my CGPA around 2.8 or so,possible to masuk without special string?? Not sure about CGPA, i just heard he got double salary from previous (RM4k+ i think). Plus still have offshore allowance etc. He have to pass 3-stages interview things. Btw, previous he's not from OnG background. (^__^)
