Yeah, just got it fixed.
The Mechanic replaced three small caps, (about the size of 50sen), on the front side of the engine. These caps keep the radiator fluid in, i believe.
Two of the caps were leaking, due to corrosion, i guess coz the car is old, 22 years old.
I guess that leak caused pressure loss. and since the pressure loss, the boiling point of the radiator fluid drops alot.
Also, we checked the thermostat valve. It looked old, and i wasnt entirely sure it was working. so the mech removed it.
Now my car has no thermostat valve.
The temperature no longer over heats.
Tho i may be losing a bit of fuel efficiency, coz my engine might not be warmed up before i drive.
Oh well.
I can change out a thermostat valve in future, around RM40 they say.
Damage for Replacing caps: RM120 (mostly workmanship cost, coz it is at a difficult to reach part of the engine)
Damage for removing Thermostat: FOC
btw, Thanks again Everyone for the help!
Really Appreciate it!

Use 15W-40 plus oil additive is another solution for preventing the engine over heat
