Hi All, I am a newbie here. Have been following this thread for months.
I got a unit here as well.

I am trying to apply PBB and RHB.
RHB mentioned BLR -2.3 with no MRTA, no lock in period.
If to get BLR -2.4, need to apply islamic loan, and probably will have lock in period.


Saw some earlier reply from other members that PBB offers -2.4, does it come with or w/o MRTA and lock in period?

Actually i also noticed some kind of piling machines but not sure what exactly they are ... LOL ... so what's micro piling machine does?
Btw, i noticed the empty land that i mentioned before below BTHO or beside SILK Residences. Seems like they are progressing fast and i still had no idea what they are building there. Anyone got any idea?

the tower cranes are on site. Micro piles used as for the tower crane foundation due to hard rock encounter below.

I dont think the building piling is ready to start now. Either injection RC pile or bored pile for highrise.
