The developer got the building plan can actually start the construction work, but i think they still wait for the AP then only can get money from us to fund the works.

AP is out just last Friday. The office is printing the full fledge of brochure . I went there last Saturday and only get the old flyers.
looking at the stickers wall. Left 4 1124sf unit. 3 facing the terrace hse. 1 facing silk. Middle floor. Price min at 450k before the discount.

Very unlikely there will be official launch as 99% booked according to the SA. Will find out more this week.

this is not new ..SA already informed before i brought. did ur SA inform?

they did told me about that but im always skeptical that majlis perbandaran kajang will ever approve any development for such high density plot as the location is not golden triangle or meant for office block

So many unit in one block, must make sure the developer use only branded and reliable passenger lift like kone. If not, lauya 3rd party china oem sure making those live above 15 th storey suffers like hell when lift break down.

I don't understand. Mutiara gets so much land and open space...then Silk...squeeze so many families in one small land area.
