im going in for my loan testing soon.
The site got some activity going on, i think is rock excavation work going on before piling start
The developer got the building plan can actually start the construction work, but i think they still wait for the AP then only can get money from us to fund the works.

Hi guys... I'm new here.. i read that legal fee for loan approx 5-7k... can we get discount on that cos we r using their lawyer? if yes, usually how much can we get max?

AP is out just last Friday. The office is printing the full fledge of brochure . I went there last Saturday and only get the old flyers. looking at the stickers wall. Left 4 1124sf unit. 3 facing the terrace hse. 1 facing silk. Middle floor. Price min at 450k before the discount.
Very unlikely there will be official launch as 99% booked according to the SA. Will find out more this week.

according to them they still awaiting the actual hard copy.

If not, lauya 3rd party china oem sure making those live above 15 th storey suffers like hell when lift break down.
