got time limit? AP belum out lagi what...
some more only uob, takda bank lain? plus no bank call oso ?? anyway heard 40k increase in new selling price.. good for us  |

thats for premium unit rate, as expected, i think wont affect that much to our previous unit. facing SILK no green still cant consider premium. sikit sikit naik ada kuah. wait till VP + MRT station completion might be increase kaw kaw.
