For those taking loan with RHB (70%), get ready to settle the remaining 20% as according to the lawyer and developer, RHB will not release the $ to developer if you don't settle the full amount. My money got stuck somewhere as i thought i do not need that $ so soon. But yesterday went to settle the 12K first for the parking. 8K that i need to pay from the 20% of 40K car park and since RHB didn't want to release the 4K, then i just pay it myself and developer will pay it back to me after RHB start releasing $ to them. So strict for the bank nowadays.

Make sure your RHB agent follow up for u. For my case, i also ask my RHB agent to chase me for the rm12k on the car park. Know it early, do last minute checking invite trouble. |

Apparently Ms A doesn't seems to be aware of this. But developer did call me and reminded me last week but i can't do anything, i am at oversea. Now i plan to get a commercial unit, what is my LTV to be? 70%? |
