Not a rumor anymore. WM is already in BG, not that many yet but saw some in BGBL

yup Meow is coming to BG on 29th April... initially it was SoR, but after discussion with WM and RISE, Meow chose to go to BG...

I don't get it really. Why BG? No offense to BG players here, but BG has enough SEA guilds and SoR is clearly has much lesser numbers than both JQ and BG.

I guess balanced T1 is just a dream after all.

i was wondering about that too.. if Meow really want good challenges, they should join a server with weak SEA/Oceanic primetime which is SoR... perhaps it is because it is rumored that CO (NA guild) going SoR, and our leaders hate CO, so they don't want to be in the same server as CO... lol....

My guess is conspiracy and blatant lies, as you can see from the official forum in matchup thread, someone from BG said they are fighting huge zerg of SoR in SEA primetime.

@Azizul, Meow initially wanted to go to SoR but after negotiation with WM & HIRE, they opted to BG instead.

From what i heard

WM thinks BG is weakest in T1
BG has koreans already in ND
Some former WMs that left, partly causing WM's fall, came to SoR

I had heard Meow was coming over too, few days later its to BG. Now not even sure if any KN guilds are coming over
Oh well, time to move to DB /jk :S

Based on what I picked up from reliable source, it is revealed that gold are the reason why most of KN guilds transferred to BG. BG provided 10k gold (which is kinda unbelievable but oh well) to each guild while SoR refused to give gold to any guild transferring to SoR. There you go, the reason that made sense.

It's more of a sea of sleepy NA and tired Aussies rather than actual SEA, XDDD

Anyway, I was looking forward to Meow joing SoR, would've been so fun to run in a sea of Meows, :3

O well...Least I have another guildy who'd meow with me in gchat, >;3

so do you mind reveal your reliable source? i was on BG meeting . It is funny but I don't think we did give any gold to KN I wish we were that rich so I could buy out SOR the jq-ass-wiper? XD
BG SEA has equal number to SOR SEA. Most old guilds are not playing anymore. It is only the SOS guilds that joined struggling played. Not mentioning sor is wiping somebody's ass so you do the math yourself.
The reason why WM moved to BG u may go and read the forum. and regarding the SOR's PMs part, I can assure you that is 100% true as our guild leader has been haunted by them too before, every night. They love to PM those commanders whose main language is not english I suppose? XD

as a member of Meow [Meow], i can confirm that our transfer was partly sponsored by BG, not all but half the cost. we farmed 700g, and BG contributed 1000g.....

some people raise the issue of server hopping in the official forum, but for me hey, this is Guild Wars, the loyalty is to the Guild and Commanders, and not necessarily the server, which is why you would also see some people drop from high tier to lower tier server to suit their play style....

BG has gotten really strong with the recent transfers. Have to watch out next few weeks whether DB is gaining strength enough to push us out or not.

SoR will still be in T1 for months to come if nothing changes.... glicko rating system is very wierd indeed....
