gain first is correct.

taking mass gainer is not a 'need'. you can have a caloric surplus with just normal foods.
better, tastier , cheaper , enjoyable.

but either way works fine.

i`m personally against weight gainer at first because of the price.
but now i`m taking it just for my busy day and post workout.
i`m very bz with work. (oil and gas people will understand how bz we are.)

the only gainer that is worth the price is mass fusion IMHO
rm 200 with 31 servings. each serving got 50protein , 170 carbs , ect2.
better than those similar priced gainer but with only 16-17 servings..

but still, real food is the best option. i missed my college days where i can eat 4-5 times a day with peace and no rush...

no u r not wrong if u have more clean n full of nutrients diet.... protein n other supplement is used to cover up ur body nutrients needed because ur muscle get more stress than usual... but always remember that diet is always the main priority even u have a lot of supplement.. haha,rest also important bcoz resting affect a lot of things~~ flex.gif

Yes. When cutting you should be taking 2 scoops of whey every 2 hours. Didn't you know? =(
