cloak get one with max discipline, that would costs 2mil only
or, cloak with max discipline+vit, selling 10mil cheapest

At least 19percent IAS. If u don't need disc on the DML that it will be cheap depending on the DH skill u want la. Generally, HA and EA are the most expensive ones followed by bola shot.
