There's an ignore button just on every member's page, just click on one's name and choose ignore user.

but you can choose not to reply him/her or you can choose not to read too.

Coming back to WP8 discussion, still no news on WP7.8?

I really like Nokia's Map/Drive, does a great job on navigating around the city, it certainly comes in handy in many ways. But, you can't really rely on it every time and sometimes you just have to count on your experience and familiar-ness with the roads. Couple of times I've traveled to Cyberjaya, there were plenty of routes to there but the Nokia Drive picked the longest route. sweat.gif

Wait for Nokia Drive+, allows u to select your routes

Has anyone tried it on Nokia Labs? I'm interested on their latest Nokia Here. drool.gif

and next would be Google's latest turn-by-turn map voice navigation, this is somewhat really interesting from what I've saw just now, internet search integration with gps map (search for an event and google can navigate to the event place), pretty cool if you ask me but it requires you to be online.

So far I'm having the best experience on offline navigation with Nokia Drive. laugh.gif

I'm checking the prices the accessories and they are quite pricey in the UK. The charging plate is going for GBP59, the Charging stand is going for GBP69 and the JBL speakers for GBP144 ... yikes.
*
might as well get the JBL speaker only? laugh.gif

Once you've tried Nokia's, you won't look back, it's that simple.
*
What Jonchai said is true, you'll get Nokia Drive on HTC WP8 devices and all the rest of WP8 as well. brows.gif

Unfortunately...

There's no news for other WP7 devices.

Aside that, I've tried Sygic on my dad's Android device, gotta say I'm impressed by the performance and UI of that app but it cost a lot (RM95) according to a forummer there and the POIs weren't really that much. Which is why I'm looking forward for Nokia's Here. laugh.gif

I think you folks should disconnect yourself from the Internet world for couple of weeks or at least this thread to be specific so that you'll look into something different like how to move the country forward instead of driving yourself nuts on the release of this phone. (Perhaps push the accessories seller to get more accessories for Lumia 920/HTC 8X?) laugh.gif

You'll get your hands on the phone but definitely not here, not right now. sweat.gif

Average consumers just want something dumb, something easy for them to access without the knowledge of operating them, something that pull out of your pocket and works so ISO100 seems to be pretty alien to them. laugh.gif

that's pretty good result. Now, just to wait for a few more months to see whether they slap in the real Pureview tech into this machine while waiting for the Windows Store's apps catalog to build up. laugh.gif

I've just let go my Lumia 900 and traded with an android device, so far so good. smile.gif

Then again, as I've said, waiting for the dream to come true, if there's any. sweat.gif

Side news: smartphone penetration rate in S'pore is 150%+ (when I've attended a tech conference, thats what the Media Corp lady says), so we should be seeing, maybe... a person to own few devices in the future? laugh.gif

Upon switching between android and wp, the experience is completely different so please wait until further updates coming, which is going to be 6x faster. Lol. Source from few pages back by evilpuppy

Possible(since they use the exact same screen, so camera won't be too surprising also), not too sure.

But the real spotlight is the camera of Lumia920.
*
the camera had some issue or it was a software think, I like the glass not the software that handles the camera. doh.gif

Damn, if I have the bucks and seeing a cyan Lumia 920 hanging around in the Garage Sales, I might quickly grab one for myself. nod.gif

Guys whom are using windows phone.. wanna ask

is it true that WP does not have smart dialing ?
(Press a few digits then the listed contact will show)

Nope tarak, no t9 dialer but I can teach you a simple method, hold Windows logo to bring up the TellMe and say your command like "Call biatch" or "Text arsehole" but it requires some practice on the pronunciation. laugh.gif
