For non K Intel CPU, go for H77 mobo, for example Asus P8H77M-LE

Value RAM will do as opposed to gaming RAM, not much difference except on paper.

GPU: GTX670 can fit nicely in that budget range. 660M, M is mobile/laptop GPU.

PSU: Can go for FSP Hexa 500w for normal usage, should be enough.

EDIT: Check out the spec sheet by AssToast, pretty solid build.
Do you plan to OC?

OC = Overclock. If so then get, something like a K CPU, eg. I5 2500K/3570K pair it with a Z77 mobo.

But in your case, I`d say the build by AssToast is enough already. thumbup.gif

32 Bit don't support ram above 4GB.

Due to Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than 4 GB.
