the 750 pump is too weak to perform well in such loop, it can only move the water but not giving any performance, take the d5 kit better. besides, i simply throw in some other for u to consider

Kinda new in here. I really need your help in creating a rig for gaming purposes. My budget is around rm 4000-4500  including monitor w/o keyboards, mouse and speaker.
I dont want to oc.
Sff is kinda sweet look and i prefer not to use dust magnet casings.
At leat borderlands 2 should be playable at good fps and excellent graphics.
Looking for a large monitor as well.

As this is a gift for my brother, may i know if any of the shops you mentioned earlier provides rig assembly services as well?
Hope you guys can provide few combination of configs just in case the shop didnt have everything.

nevertheless, back to the 670 / 680 4G that zerohunter is talking about , it highly depends on performance and silent level.you may be able to get the best market Recommended 670 PE where performance is almost on par with 680, but are you satisfied within the current time where in future you will not change anything?

Noob here and also a 1st timer in this section of lyn. Thinking of getting a new mid-level gaming rig and i have a few Q's for the pros here.

Wud the alienware x51 wif intel i7-3770 (3.4ghz,8mb cache), 1GB GDDR5 NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 555 for GPU and 1Tb of hdd selling at rm26xx be a gud gaming rig for me or can i get a better rig with roughly the same budget?

With a budget of around 2.5k-2.8k, wat gud rig can i get?

Hardware:
Whole rig (w/out monitor, kboard, mouse n speaker), 8 core proc preferably, dun need OC (pls advise me on this as i'm not gud with the latest processor tech-specs), 1tb 7200rpm hdd,  8gb ram at least, GPU doesnt necessarily hv to be expensive, as long as i can play my games smoothly. I was recommended a gtx 660i for the GPU.

Expectation:
Able to play current and upcoming games at medium to high settings smoothly (crysis, Battlefield 3 n some other FPS games with hd1080 resolution preferably, a bit lower oso no problem), some downloads and also no overheating mobo hopefully. Not to forget HON/dota 2 n oso some online mmorpg games.

Gaming might go on for 3-4 hours straight (or more)  and pc might be left idle for downloading purposes for a day. Not thinking of upgrading for the next 2-3 years.

That's pretty much it. Hope u guys can recommend me a gud setup with the budget allocated. Thanks in advance!
