just found out wat v bought was D.x.M........talked with my husband on my worry, he said still can drink, but dilute with water.....so i guess after bf baru drink gua......

can drink Brands essence of chicken too if ur body can take it

Last I bought, DOM was slightly more expensive than Yomeishu. And Yomeishu was extremely cheap in Japan dutyfree.

I think both are fine for confinement depending on the preference. Many people don't like the extreme sweetness of DOM, but I find it ok

Yomeishu has better taste. Anyway both can also be taken to promote health, ESP good for women.

i hate the taste, so i will skip it
