About the 2% Cash Back for Alliance Debit Privilege Card.
Do we still get the 2% rebate if we enter the "PIN" number at the merchant? Some merchant terminals just do not have the option to choose between "Credit" or "Debit". I always get the 2% rebate when I choose to sign the bill.

There must be a change in management at Alliance Bank. Such a drastic change in their credit/debit card program. Time to let go. Too bad , I am a PB customer with them. Have to shift out all my FDs, terminate VI cards and close Hybrid acs. All good things never last.
