How many working days they send the credit card to you? I got approved this morning.

I get my Alliance Bank CC approved on 10-Oct.
I submitted the application via online on 20-Sept, cs called me at the same day to confirm my documents, eccris show 'pending' at the same day.
I wait until 1-Oct and got their verification call to confirm my address, name and etc.
After 2 hours another cs call me and say my application is unconfirmed, need wait a cs call me go to branch to do bio-metric. record from eccris was removed.

7-Oct, I call to CS and ask what is my application status now. CS told me my case is special, no problem with my income and eccris and only need go to branch to do bio-metric verification.
8-Oct, I go to the branch and the ppl say cant found my record in the computer and ask me call the cs in charge send the email to them for bio-metric verification.
After 30min I finally can do the bio-metric verification, thank God.

10-Oct, I got SMS approved my credit card. Thank you Alliance bank, this is my first credit card.

RxB, PxB, Cixy, SxB, Cixm, Aexn, Uxb all reject me and I dont know why.

Self employee 4 years, always use Hlb to pay bills and no loan.
So what is the courier service for Alliance bank send credit card? Poslaju or normal mail?

I want to create new VCC but it failed. App keep show I have enter wrong pin number, I reset new pin number and it still can't. I m 100% sure the pin is correct. Is it bug in the app?

Tried, it not working. After 3 times enter wrong password, I have to reset new pin number. I enter new pin number again and it show wrong pin number. I don't know how liao

I reset the pin at the home page from the app, do not reset pin when you create a new VCC

If i using Infinite card to buy flight ticket over RM3k, is this under e-Commerce cap RM3k?

I requested to increase credit limit for my credit card last week and got rejected. Alliance give the lowest limit only 9k, other bank is 2xk above. Yesterday they nerf the Visa Infinite card, is the time to terminate.
