3 Mar - submit younique picture together with online application form (only name, ic, h/p)
7 Mar received sms that the younique picture approved with ref id, ask me to submit application form.
8 Mar submit application form together with income doc to info@ allianceg.com
9 Mar received call from an agent to fill up updated cc form and supplementary form.
10 Mar received sms that card approved.

Its actually a SOP. Once the chargeback unit receive your dispute, they will block the payment and try to solve for 45 days. The transaction wont be pay to the merchant as the transaction has been hold at the moment. For now just keep update with the CS.
