Recently, tried to increase my credit limit since 2 weeks ago and until today ccriss showing Pending.
1.Submitted the application and applied for supplementary card
2. Officer call and verified a few details
3. Ask to submit further documents [acknowledgement form and additional EPF 2022 and 2023 statement]
4. Then recieved another email to request for 3 months bank statement and Jan'23 payslip
5. 1 week later, another request ask for Feb'23 bank statement and Feb'23 salary slip.
6. Till today no news from them...

Really no idea what are they doing by requesting so many but slow in approval.


The heck past experience I requested an adjustment for MBB within a few days was approved and even a supplementary card a week was okay.

Citi next day the officer called and verify a few details and within 1 week plus, the supplementary card was received.

Wonder Alliance is playing safe or not dare to grant higher limit for their customer.

update: Finally after almost a month the request for credit limit is approved by the team. They approved based on my request stated in the application form with around 50% adjustment up.

i got to know from customer service that for visa infinite and if you with a good record will be automatically issued the virtual card (selected customer). I have called to cancel it despite it is not activated yet as it
did show in the ccriss as a new card number. If not using just call and cancel it.

subsequent year need to spend more than 12k for waiver. So far mine more than 12k...not sure about waive request.

One thing good about Alliance VI is their points is no expiry. I did a credit limit increase request last year after owning the card for almost a year. Process took about 2 weeks for approval. If payment cantik should not be any issue.

If I'm not mistaken they ask for bank statement 3 months latest and epf for two years.
