Hello guys, I just got my vcc and I’ve converted few purchases to flexi payment before the statement date. However , it’s been a week and I still don’t see the amount reduced and it’s showing in my statement. I don’t get any message that my request has been rejected. I do the same on my HLB visa and it only takes 3 days for the flexi amount to be converted. I’m new to this vcc and hope someone can give me some advice.
