have the cc canceled? has the FD earmark removed?
i walk in the branch yesterday, the staff ask me when i request for withdraw and cancel card
then she go in make a call , come out told me they are waiting card department to reply and will call me up after received update
until now no body call me yet
cc been cancelled since January
FD earmarks remove or not i don't have the bank system to check, while my online banking show nothing about earmark
