Hi all. Do we need to have an existing Alliance bank account or is existing Alliance bank customer to apply for the Alliance virtual credit card ? Need to open a Alliance savings account? I'm not existing Alliance bank customer but is ex credit card customer (already cancelled card 10 years ago).
