What a day, someone used my credit card for steamgame purchase lol! Lucky I am using my phone and read that sms, managed to block the card immediately

Luckily small amount only and I was playing with my phone

Just to update;

I received my replacement last week, and it will need people to sign off upon receiving. And the CS called back I will not need to pay for the scam transaction, so investigation case closed.

Just submitted my VS credit card application via their phone app, not bad but just I am using their credit card facility can’t login using the app so I don’t bothered to install also. Right after submission straight away delete that app.

If I managed to get this card then I will cut my younique card since every month I been spending 4K for ewallet topup

I got an Officer called up the next day to follow up at my application. But I heard she said it will takes long because I currently already holding a card from alliance. It is true I am not too sure 😅😅

The Officer followed my case for my application of the new VS card keep complaining to me that it’s going to be a very long process for existing customer to add card as compared to new customer to bank.

Hate it the way she spoke to me like blaming me I was like wtf?

Then just pass on to some other body, keep pushing me because she is on leave starting from tomorrow wtf the way she spoke to me 😓😓😓
